Rupert Collins Pty Ltd is a well established manufacturer of quality vinyl & polypropylene stationery and packaging products. We have been a leader in the development of new products and processes since 1932. We offer a complete service from the early design and quoting stage through to the in-house manufacture of our products.

Most of our new business comes from referrals from satisfied customers, so you can be assured that we will do our best to satisfy your individual needs.

Just about anything in vinyl and polypropylene can be made by us, and it’s all done in-house. This enables us to have full control over the quality of our products, services, and especially, delivery times.

Products

The range of products offered by Rupert Collins is extremely broad. We have an extensive range of Radio Frequency (RF) welding tools numbering over 1500. This means that we can accommodate many product needs for ring binders, folders, pockets & envelopes for packaging, using existing tooling. In this way we can offer savings by using these standing tools where possible. Everything from a clear plastic hang-sell for a drill bit, to an inflatable 3D shape is feasible.

Also, we have a very large range of diecutting formes for the manufacture of polypropylene satchels, carry cases, and a multitude of other packaging needs. Polypropylene is a very durable polymer increasingly being used for POS displays, retail product packaging, swatch headers, and in many other fields where toughness is a priority.

Clear polypropylene is also the perfect solution to archival problems due it’s complete chemical inertness.

We can help you with the design of your product, including artwork, in order to create the most cost effective solution to your storage and packaging needs. Come to us with an idea, and we’ll turn it into custom-made reality.

Of course it’s not all about being "cost effective"; our services include Radio Frequency embossing, and high quality screen printing. We do all of our screen printing and foil stamping in house, and offer 4 colour process printing onto a variety of stocks including vinyl, polypropylene, corflute, and other plastics. Whether you require low cost pre-production samples, or a run of high quality long or short run production, we can help.

The showroom at Reservoir also showcases a large range of our products, so a visit may help you to develop that concept from and idea or a problem, to a finished product.

We also offer a plastic coil binding service, utilising our recently acquired, state-of-the-art, Renz automatic punching and binding machinery.
